This monument identifies El Salvador from any other countries. It’s a very special place to Salvadorans. Many activities start or end in here.

Very Nice Place near the cathedral that is "surrounded" by historic monuments of the city. It's also near the City Hall.

This is pleasant but not worth detouring to see. Supposedly made to thank God for surviving an earth quake. We circled it on the way to downtown El Salvador.

Traveling from Colonia Escalon to downtown you’ll pass this landmark and do stop if possible to admire it! It was recently decorated for Christmas and the tree was nearly taller than Salvador del Mundo.

We came across this unexpectedly and were impressed. It's located right in the middle of the city so it's hard to miss.

Beautiful monument in San Salvador "Monument to the Divine Savior of the World", within the plaza you will find a small parking lote, recommended to visit on weekends when vehicular traffic is minimum.
