As well as being a master chef, Alejandro, was incredibly educated about Peruvian gastronomy and history. He was able to answer all questions we had. He coached us in preparing ceviche and limo saltado with flare. This is a must when visiting Cusco.

Cristina was great! She was informative and very fun! I loved that we got to make a pisco sour. I would highly recommend this for a dinner option to try native foods and learn about the local cuisine.
