A beautiful 2-hour walk around the bay
We had a beautiful walk around the Bay. We got out at the MRT station and walked counter clockwise around the bay. At the start, you could see the white Merlion statue across the bay. There is food...More
The atmosphere is always electric around the Merlion. There are always masses of people posing for photos. It is easy to get to using the MRT and nice just to soak in the atmosphere once you're done with the photos.
An iconic one in our family wish list. Good location and plenty of space to do your own photo shoot. this is the BEST Merlion in the entire Singapore IMHO. Better to go there during morning to noon timings as the crowd tends to be...More
The famous Merlion is surpisingly small and, while easily photographed, rather disappointing. Even the souvenir shops nearby were disappointing, mostly selling drinks and fruit. Stop in if passing by. But not worth a special trip, with so much else to see and do in Singapore.
merlion park is a signature of singapore since a few year...
however, to develop the other land of brani island, singapore government will be demolish merlion park to build a highway from singapore city to Brani Island..
Catch the fireworks during Singapore National day celebration. It is also a pleasant morning or evening walk starting from fullerton hotel, cross the underpass to Clifford pier and towards merlion park.
More of a mini city than a neighbourhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo
opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
