We arrived for a quick drink and later dinner to Haji Lane. Absolutely buzzing with activity, very quirky. Mainly eating areas/bars and funky shops (which I visited the following day). Nearest MTR is Bugis. Haji Lane reminded me a little of the graffiti'ed alleys in...More

There’s not much going on during the day other than souvenir and ‘hispter-ish’ shops. But at night, it’s very colourful and alive. With bars, cute cafes and live music along the lane, it’s a great hangout place.

Went here during the day to check it out. A little bit similar to the colourful houses in the getsemani area of cartagena. Worth going for some coffee / afternoon snacks

We met up with friends in here and it was so much fun. In a city full of incredible high rise buildings it nice to visit an area that retains its character. Lots of colour, bars, middle eastern food and live music at night with...More

We went here specifically to see the amazing wall art everyone raves about and it did not disappoint. The colours of the buildings and alleys with drawings are an instagrammers dream. The shops were nice too but we were all there really for the photo...More

In terms of crowds, it is better to visit during the day but it can be very warm and humid. The evening crowd size is slightly higher than the day by not not much, say 20% more.
