A pretty location, good for strolling, window shopping and real shopping. Tourists and locals abound. Friendly, safe, good food around (including ice creams and coffees). A fun way to get to know a local, more upscale neighborhood.

Beautiful area in Tel Aviv. Definitely worth a visit! While in Neve Tzedek, make sure you go to Anita ice cream.

I guess this one was answered already, or not relevant anymore, and that the question was "are any of the shops and restaurants open on Saturday / Shabat" and the answer is YES!
