Amazing Stadium and Atmosphere, we got a draw :) But police were very rude with me and i was treated arrogantly. They pick up on you when you see you re a foreigner.

During the Final between Chelsea and Arsenal, I expected the stadium to have stepped up to the demands and expectations of the thousands of supporters attending the game. I was so disappointed in the management and organisation of the event. The queuing systems, seating, ticket...More

The construction of Baku National or Olympic stadium must have been a great performance. It was built on abandoned Bibi Heybat oilfield in record time. A lot of poisonous remnants of the former oil production had to be removed. The membrane of the stadium can...More

Went there for the UEFA Europa league 2019 between Chelsea and Arsenal. Great organizing but there is NO respect for staying in a queue or have an orderly fashion to toilet an/or shops

A nice stadium but for athletics not football as too far from the pitch so lacks atmosphere. Long way out from the city but well served by the Metro, long roundabout walk to get into the stadium so get there early.

Visited for the Europa League Final 2019. Because of the way the stadium outside is illuminated it looks great ,day night and sunset. It is on the main road from the city to the airport, with plenty of parking spaces at the ground. We were...More

By metro 20 minutes + 20 minutes walking from metro station to the stadium. By taxi, car, bus it will be around one hour, because of the traffic. Walking can take you 2-4 hours, depending on your speed.
