Worth a visit if you're in the area but don't make a special trip! If you are already in the Hanoi Old Quarter, you might want to take a peek of this gate since it is near (around 15mins walk) the other spots
The gate doesn't look impressive but it is still historically significant as the only remaining ancient city gate of Hanoi. This is just a short walk from other spots in the Old Quarter so you can check it out along the way.

Still in good condition. Only saw it because it was very close to the hotel I was staying at. Didn't know it's historical value until I read on trip advisor!. Pity the place is so trashy. They could've place a sign or a plaque..
