It's not really a long climb and the steps are not scary at all. There's a part outside of the cave with a magnificent view of Halong Bay but there are a LOT of tourists, it will take you forever to get a picture w/out...More

The cave was amazing...huge and pretty cold inside. It was totally worthed despite the long stairs and the humid made we sweat from top to toes. I recommend to visit Vietnam in Autumn. The weather will be better. When you were lucky, you could find...More

BUSY So many tour groups. We all just followed the conga line up the steps and through the cave (and this isn’t even high season for tourists). The cave itself was OK, but the volume of people spoiled it.

Hidden gem of mother nature. Surreal experience. Visited the caves in a group with my husband as a part of the activities planned by Alisa Cruise. It was like living Indiana Jones and Jumanji. Definitely want to come back.
