Dear Rico0803, Warm greetings from Bangkok and thanks for your review. Even though you rated us with a 1 star, this information is invaluable for us to improve our service. Please accept our apologies for not living up to your expectations. I am quite positive that you experienced the tour during the Thai New year, Songkran. Being a professional tour agency, we will go out of our way to make the tour happen on the date you selected, even though it’s a National Holiday. Could you please email your booking details to info@amazingasiatours.com so i can investigate your case? I cross referenced every National Holiday in April in our booking system with a name resembling to your username on TripAdvisor, but my results came up empty. I am truely concerned about your comments regarding lunch. Our lunch takes place at a local restaurant, as advertised, and consists of BBQ chicken, papaya salad and sticky rice. I will investigate this once I get your booking details. To other readers, please note that if you book during the country’s National Holidays, just like everywhere else in the world, major sights and tourist places tend to get busy. Kind regards, Kris Bosman
