Give yourself lots of time to view the museum and villa. The mosaics are amazing and the reconstructed Africa House villa give an indication of the splendorous place it must have been.
Visited this before we went to the collisium, and glad we did. Fascinating place with just beautiful mosaics, had a interesting guide who gave us all the history. Well worth a visit!

Visited this museum after our visit to the coleseum, in the morning. Our party (5) were the only people there! A tourist must, without the tourists! It really is a beautiful place, especially the excavated Roman city and the mosiacs. A must do if coming to Tunisia!
