There just last week. From the cathedral walk towards the Danube parallel with the city wall and when you get to the fountain outside Moods coffee shop ( which we'd highly recommend) take a right under the bridge at the head of the MOST bus station. We can't remember if we had to cross a further road but if so there must have been a crossing as don't remember any problem. Then head right up a cobbled street between a slim building on your right and museum on the left ....this will take you up to the castle. Only about 15 to 20 minute walk.We also recommend the restaurant at the castle, the spiced hot pear drink was delicious! Enjoy your trip.
