You will probably pass through this bridge anyway if you go to the Market/Gellert Hill, but if you don't feel free just to skip it, there is nothing special about this one.

You can walk from the one side of Budapest to the other, great views of the river and of each side of the city - Buda and Pest.

Attractive, functional and pedestrian friendly, this bridge adds to the allure of Budapest. It is near the Indoor Market, so take the time to walk to the other side either before or after shopping!

What took me a back in Budapest is the history, and splendid buildings and bridges, just beautiful to the eye.

One of many beautiful bridges to see. Liberty Square worth a visit, you can see the "suitcases etc" left in memory of some of the people killed as prisoners.

In my mind, prettier than the chain bridge. Walk over and take the tram back. Great view and also the bridge that takes you to the great market hall. Picturesque with the soviet(?) trams rolling over the Danube.

A very ornate bridge across the Danube with great views up and down the Danube. Worth the walk across.

We stayed only a 2 minute walk from this bridge so we walked across it to the Buda side of Budapest a couple of times - once at night time when it is lit up. Very near the market hall.Lovely!
