Good views of the beach from the pier. We were lucky because just as we got to the end of the pier, a historic-looking boat was just leaving for a 45-minute trip around the area and we got some good views of it on the...More

Sopot is a lovely day trip from Gdansk. Typical seaside resort with the beach and pier at its heart. 8 zloty is a reasonable admission price for a walk along the pier. There's a pirate ship which takes trips from the end but we just...More

Long wooden pier on the beach at Sopot. Ferry’s and boats leave from here. They do charge a small fee to go on the pier but worth it. There is a nice cafe at the bottom. Lovely views.

As piers go ,it’s a nice pier , with go views of the town and beach. 8 zlotys is not a fortune so go for a nice walk.

Such beautiful views from the pier. I went on a clear day so you could see for miles. Beautiful to look back along the beaches and at the stunning architecture. Take bread for the sparrows, there’s loads of them and they’re really tame. There was...More

We took a walk around the pier and it was great. We sat in the sun just relaxing, listening to the ocean & birds.

The fee to get in the pier is small and goes towards upkeep! Long pier which on a sunny day is a pleasure to take a stroll on.

Oddly enough ya gotta pay to go into this very very long wooden structure. I suppose its to pay for its up-keep but it ain’t anything special and I see it as a rip off. Yes it’s supposed to be the longest in Europe. No...More
