A well worthwhile walk, a few ups and downs but great views between Manly and the Spit bridge. Worth a stop at Sandy Bear cafe before completing the trip. Some parts of the track were a bit muddy so wear appropriate foot wear.

Some parts are a little steep and narrow and a certain fitness level is recommended as it's 2-3 hours of walking with a few steep areas. Beautiful views and a great bush location within easy reach of busses.
