Corinth is very fortunate to have this gorgeous backdrop to the city. Corinth is on the sea, behind it are the ruins and the Temple of Apollo

The temple is located in Ancient Corinth and is generally the best preserved part of it. It looks very impressive.

We didn’t really just drive by, we parked and got out so we could see the area. You could see the temple from outside the gate so we opted to not pay to enter. We’ve travelled all over and seen many ruins before so it...More

There is so much history relegated to this place that we just had to stop and take a look and a few pictures. The ground around is a little uneven so wear your walking shoes.

Ancient Corinth was an incredible experience to stand in the same area that the Apostle Paul lived and preached to the Corinthians. The ruins are fascinating as you walk along the stone paths and try to imagine what it was like to live there. We...More

There are some classic views here of the remains of thetemple with classical Corinth and Acrocorinth in the background. There are many better Greek temples, though.

Yes, there are some fees to see the Apollo Temple, and the museum. come on early morning (8:30AM) to avoid any crowds. The good news - there are no fees to enter the Acrocorinth.
