Nestled as it was amidst the greenery- this was an enticing building to snap lots of photographs of from the exterior.

Our driver took us by the Presidential Mansion and we got there just before the changing of the guards. It was neat to see the routine and discipline the soldier take to guard and change the guard. It was a nice stop on our tour.

Like walking past the White house or #9 Downing street, this is worth a stroll past. Traditional guards outside and of course loads of police in the area so you are safe!
