After walking the narrow roadways, this is a nice stop to view the canal and people watch while enjoying a beverage at the nearby restaurant patio.

Gorgeous square with quaint buildings and some stunning architecture. It’s a typical Bruges view, not too busy which makes a change!

Jan Van Eyck Park is a small but very picturesque spot in the town center of Bruges. It is named after the famous Renaissance artist. A good place for a quick stop.

Brugge is charming and beautiful all over... This square is no exception. Surrounding the statue of one of Belgiums most famous 15th century artists, Jan van Eyck, are also the former customs buildings and Portersloge house. Nice to stop by.

A small square but with canal and some excellent eating places - quiet and almost intimate - nice to escape the hustle of the main square.

This square is the main meeting point of the excursion groups that visit Bruges daily. If you want to buy a souvenir or find places to eat, you have better options along the streets and squares of old town.

We found this square on a walk we took around town. It is quaint, cafes, not overly crowded, and close to main area of old town. We also enjoyed a great lite lunch at a little family run cafe (Tatties).
