This modern addition to the city skyline is right on the banks of the River Amstel among other modern buildings. The views are panoramic and the rooftop swing is not for the faint hearted. A great place for a different perspective of the cityscape.

We rode the swing and it amazing, totally worth the money and the visit. It's a bit scary however if you don't like high places.

From just outside our hotel, we couldn't help but notice the A'dam Lookout. We took the free ferry across the canal, bought tickets that included an adult beverage and rode the elevator to the top. The 360 views present historic and modern Amsterdam all in...More

Visited the A'dam tower while staying in Amsterdam for a few days. Great views over the city even thought it was a cloudy we'd day. Nice bar and restaurant for food and drink and a few photo opportunities while out on the viewing deck.

Such a lovely place to get a proper view of Amsterdam. Relatively cheap and plenty of facilities to make it worthwhile.

Just put your email address into the machine when you come off the tower and they send it to you. They were free. If you purchase a ticket online you should be given a time slot there are no queues Hope that helps !

They give you a code to view the pictures online. So we viewed it and turned the phone sideways to get the picture full screen and took a snapshot... We then printed it out in CVS (back in the states) for 29 cents
