Did Pilatus yesterday twice and then Titlis today and figured in the way back to lucerne to have a look at Stanserhorn. Well I was blown away, what a surprise package. The old train ride up was cool and then the double decker cable car...More

The day was cloudy and the prospect of seeing an amazing view looked slim, but we ventured up the mountain. 30 minutes after arriving, the clouds parted and revealed the most spectacular view of the valley. I would definitely go here again.

Experience is quite amazing!!! It's just too bad that the weather wasn't great, thus there are a lot of clouds. Nevertheless, being on board Cabrio, and on the open cable car is such a great experience! I would love to be back, hopefully next time...More

We went on the CabriO system as an extended and optional tour with a Viking River Cruise. We were so fortunate to have a beautiful, clear day as well as a great tour guide. I'm not great with heights, but was able to stand on...More

Easy 5 min walk from the Stans train station. You first go up a funicular and then on the open top cabrio gondola. Fantastic to be outside while ascending/descending. The views from the top are something else, just surrounded by a sea of mountains. There...More

The ride up to the top of this spectacular mountain was breathtakingly beautiful. We went a little distance in a little train and was then transferred to the gondola which was 2 tiered. The ride was smooth and the operators were very professional and entertaining....More

The building housing the cable at both valley and mountain locations are very beautiful; the initial cog wheel train is in superb condition and the staff are actually friendly which surprised me being in Switzerland you usually don’t have staff being very friendly or going...More

It all depends on how heavy it is. It was drizzling a bit when we went, but they went ahead with it. Hope that answers your question.
