A great break away from busy Venice. This quiet little island has hardly any residents. The bell tower gives a great view. It is perfect if you want a peaceful trip away from Venice. About 1 km walk from the wharf to the bell tower and a couple of small restaurants along the way.

I went there yesterday with my Wife. Completely waste of time. Except restaurants, church and old people there is nothing to do. If you are below 40 don't go there.

This is one of the least-visited islands with no chain restaurants, no maniac drivers, and no hucksters. We walked from the low-key ferry landing along a quiet canal. The area is a wonderland for people who love nature. The church is very old and worth a lingering visit.
