As above - there was lots to see and the guide was mostly good (although the proportion of Spanish to English was about 70% to 30% and sometimes he was hard to follow). Being a Sunday, there were large crowds and it was very hot,...More

Our tour guide was wonderful. She was very thoughtful and spoke both Spanish & English very well. The trip is 1 hour 15 minutes via bus (no bathroom on the bus), the ac had some trouble keeping up with the 100 degree day but not...More

The tour takes you to two important places in Spanish history and culture. El Escorial is much bigger than you think and it really takes a tour guide to give you all the important details of the place. It is beautiful and interesting. The Valley...More

Our tour girl did a great job in both English and Spanish. The buses were comfortable and the drivers were friendly. Segovia is spectacular, same thing for the Escorial. We had a great time!

Lovely bus, organized check in and departure and very sweet and pleasant guide, Pilar. However, this tour is in English and Spanish which means every word repeated twice. A waste of time and slowed down the lovely itinerary of visits to Avila and Segovia. Wish...More

Took train from Madrid to Toledo - €11 for one way - about 30 mins. Do buy the return ticket at same time as seats may run out for some timings. Have good pair of walking shoes - many ups and downs on cobbled stones...More

This is a wonderful trip and overview of Spanish history, art, and architecture. The guide was friendly and informative. Accommodations were very good. One concern: I travel alone quite often. This is not a problem for me as I can make friends easily with other...More
