Small but clean park with full of flowers. Beautifuly landscaped garden adjoining to the palace. Tree shades and small pond a eye catching hot spot for photo lovers. Come in couple or group even solo enjoy your maximum privacy.

If you love stately homes there are hundreds aroind Europe tou can see. Do your homework and don't be fooled.into thinking off the beaten track is full of surprises. This is a less.a.palace than an average country manor.

When ever in Paris and close we visit this Garden and Palace. Just a wonderful place to relax and walk in the shaded pathways. Palace is really a beautiful building but houses government offices so difficult to enter.

The Luxembourg Palace is beautiful but not as impressive as many of the other destinations in and around Paris.

We visited the park at dusk and the palace provided some wonderful photo-ops as a backdrop to the lovely gardens.

We were lucky to visit when it was open to the public and for free. The line was long but definitely worth it! The place is beautiful!

This is a must see if you travel here. Even in overcast weather you can't help but be impressed with the place. Interesting people watching as well. The gardens were done and prepped for the fall. Must be gorgeous in the spring.

Undoubtedly a spectacular building, but in December-January when we visited, we couldn't go inside, there were no flowers in the gardens and no water in the large feature in front. This would be beautiful in spring, but not the picture perfect park when we visited.

Not sure and don't know who to ask. I have a feeling that they are available most of the year. Not sure what they cost....but doubt that it is very much as they are very popular. Not that there is a nice children's play... More

You can only visit the building with a government official invitation or during a small window of time when all government buildings are opened to the general public. Regardless. FREE. The beautiful gardens are free.
