I thought this was going to be a hands-on simple baking class, but instead it was 2.5 hours of entertainment and technique training from a master baker. Chef Didier is very entertaining, the class is entirely in French with an English translator. He is very...More

Miriam was absolutely fabulous. Learned so many tips and four recipes. She then sends the recipes to your email. The view from her apartment is unbelievably gorgeous. Miriam is patient, kind and funny. I would so recommend this to anyone.

The tour guide, Erelle, was great. Fun and knowledgeable, and she got the four of us interacting with one another. But the tour was very disappointing. We just went round a lot of chocolate and bread shops with a bit of background to each. Interesting...More
