Arrived at about 13H00 and it was very busy. Would suggest that you arrive early to avoid the crowds. The showroom has some spectacular pieces on display. If interested in glass pieces this is worth a visit. Very pricey!

When we got to the House of Waterford Crystal we signed up to do the tour. We only had to wait a few minutes and then our group was lead around the grounds. First off I was amazed that so few people worked there. We were guided through each phase of the crystal making process

If you're in Waterford, by all means go on this tour. Of course, it is a promotion for the crystal company. But you get to see how the crystal is blown, shaped, and cut. You are quite near the people who are doing the work. We've seen glass workers before at other places.
