A place with shops and restaurants, a non impressive view to the castle, no pitoresque houses and the pubs were not inviting during daytime. Is said to be good in the evening - I didnt be there in the evening so Idon't know

I have not been to the Grass Market at that time of year but I would believe the restaurants and pubs would stay open as it is the owners and employees means of earning a living and also, it is a good hang out for the locals... More
