We took a night cruise and enjoyed it. The lights were beautiful. It is a great way to travel using the boat as a water taxi. There are numerous stops and you can quickly get thru the city.

The cutting through the centre of London is the Thames! Its wonderful to just walk along the banks and see most of the major sights of London. Plenty of places to stop and enjoy a coffeee or something stronger!

We hired a large boat, The Royal, from Caversham Boatyard at Reading, very efficient and friendly company. The boats are a little tired but well fitted out with everything you could need and have 2 flush toilets, which is a bonus. We have had many...More
