Must do in Liverpool. The audio guide is great for visiting the exhibition at your own pace. Really gives you the idea of what and who was behind the Beatles. There is also a nice play area for children and a little cafe. Recommended.
The Beatles Story Experience was more like a museum of 60s culture rather that an experience of their unique musical heritage. The lack of Beatles' music throughout the experience was palpable. I'm aware that there are probably licensing issues but most people would probably expect...More
Ir you are a Beatle fan this is definetely a must do in your trip to Liverpool. Great pictures of the band, the whole tour is organised in a sort of timeline of the Beatles history, from their very beginning to the end and beyond....More
This was a trip that was on my bucket list and did not disappoint. The museum is somewhat dark like you’re in a nightclub. I enjoyed all the memorabilia and the sights and sounds of The Beatles TV shows and events. Then there is a...More
Thought this might be just a thrown together tourist trap, but was pleasantly surprised. It is pretty big and takes a while. The ticket you buy is good for two days, so we went for two hours the first day, then left to take lunch...More
An atmospheric and loving recreation of some of the sights and the sounds of the Beatles story.
You can see recreations of the Cavern Club and 60’s music stores and there’s even a little walk through the yellow submarine.
It’s a museum that somebody has...More
I had no idea this place existed but so glad we found it and went as great to see and experience. Not cheap but considering you have so many one off pieces of art on display it is absolutely worth it, highly recommended.
A must for any Beatles fan
Allow a good couple of hours
The ticket lasts 2 days so can always go back next day
Takes you through the timeline of the Beatles with lots of great photos and facts
Really enjoyed it
Prepare to spend 3-4 hours there, or more. The Beatles Story is full of information since the beginning of the band. The audio guide is very good, just sometimes you cant find what the audio is telling you to see, but it was fine to...More
Only had one and three quarter hours to relive 1960 onwards when 13. Able to see items that had never seen before and follow such an accurate story. Sad at the Epstein death and interview with George Harrison that I remember well.
I would book online. We arrived on Wednesday for a couple of days and The Beatles Story was sold out for Thursday but luckily we had the time to go on Friday. It was included in the 48 hour City Sightseeing Tour which worked... More
