Did the VF extreme with my 13 yr old son and two of his friends, thay absolutely loved it. Great couple of hours, £45 ea isn't cheap, be great if they did a family ticket!

Certainly not worth the money they are asking for the mine tour.The guy that was taking the tour was definitely more interested in talking about himself than the details of mining.Not good value.

We stopped off here at the only slate mine operating on a daily basis. The shop was lovely and there is a large range of things that you can buy. The view from the mine is amazing!

Well organised, very safe. Great views. Had a great time. Physically quite demanding, but really good fun. Definitely need a head for heights ! Wear comfy clothes and I would recommend gloves too - regardless of the weather.

Yes, I was able to tag on to a tour after arriving and enquiring after I saw the via ferrata advertised.
