Rude staff, unhelpful and misleading. The water had poor visibility. May have as well been snorkelling in a tepid boggy bath through mangroves. Saw two fish and I can still smell changing of their sceptic tank. Otherwise great fun! There are loads of other amazing...More

Locals have some very unsavory stories about this place. Tulum has a growing problem with corruption and exploitation. This place is caught up in that. Please spend your money somewhere else.

The equipment was good and the instructions were clear. Oir guide Leymar was awesome: He made the experience fun and took care that he knows how well you can swim. Also, where the caves were narrow, Ley made sure to guide you individually so you...More

We had such an excellent experience here after a morning at the ruins. This was a perfect activity for my kids who are 4 and 6. They aren't the strongest swimmers but they were easily able to enjoy all of the cenotes with the life...More

We visited these Cinotes after having g a bad experience at Gan Cinotes. This was by far a superior experience. Great staff and 4 different Cinotes to experience. We highly suggest this.

A place that surprises with its beauty, although it is new, the place is really incredible, you must go you will not regret it, there are several cenotes to explore, the service is friendly and everyone has fun, a must in Tulum

No only cash. The taxi drivers will happily take you to an atm and probably try to convince you to drive you around to all the sites you want to visit that day. you can negotiate a flat price with them.

They have lockers with locks on them to store your belongings. You're generally in a small group and you sort of get to know each other so there's a certain amount of trust within the group to watch out for one another.
