Still work in progress but so amazing! Worth visiting. We had a great guide; managed kindly huge group of visitors, with nice story, a lot of good humor and obvious passion and love for her work.

The tour was interesting, structured from several different parts. Underworld, reconstruction of Roman vila and mamut sceletton are something that were bonus apart from our great guide Nebojsa! Worth visiting for sure!

An amazing Roman city which prospered under the reign of Emperor Hadrian. Lots of excavation work is still going on and many more wonderful treasures will no doubt be discovered. There is just so much to see here and it is clearly laid out for...More

Who likes history should see this site. Really interesting and so much to offer. Staff is kind of nice but the guide , he was really good in what he was doing. Bravo. We were there quite long time learned so much about the past.

Spectacularly overlying the Iron gates on the River Danube, this covered massive (re-located) archeological site houses the ruins found of a settlement thought to be when humans first settled into one location rather than being nomadic. Brilliant displays and great audio-visual show in theatre.

Quite amazing to find the remnants of an old Roman city and fort in such close proximity to an open cast coal mine and the adjacent power station! Only a very small part of the huge site has currently been excavated. A number of archaeological...More

Viminacium appeared in the first century AD. This site is still being developed. The site is very isolated ,set in fields with open cast coal mines nearby, and the landscape dominated by a huge Chinese coal-fired power station. The Roman portion (under cover) consists of...More
