One of the top beaches in San Juan metropolitan area! Good for snorkeling, really close to Old San Juan fortresses!
We walked from Carnival port to beach. The water was very murky, and snorkeling was just average. There are bathrooms, but no other facilities. Some trash. Public beaches not great in San Juan, but was something to do.
Visited this beach on a weekday and was pleased with the setting. There are restrooms, on site parking, and calm waters. $5 parking in a lot right next to beach. It’s a nice family friendly beach where you could relax as your child plays in the water since there are no waves.
