We were close to here so spent our Saturday afternoon here watching, and betting on, the horse racing. We did not go into the actual stands but watched from around the track with the locals. There are vendors selling food and drink at reasonable prices....More

Changing the guard. A long standing traditional colourful parade including much military marching about and a military drum band. The traditional colourful uniforms are quite attractive and ornate.

Hi, It seems like the race starts at 12:40. Checkout their Facebook page (Barbaodos Turf Club) and you should see a link to their race day PDF in a Dec 21 post.

I agree. Do a self guided tour. Check BARBADOS do-t orgs website and drop them a line perhaps. This won't let me post the link.
