I came here just to take some photo in front of the theater. Actually, I tried to watch Kabuki, but I did not enough time to watch it. I will be back here for watching kabuki next time!

I purchased a single act ticket. Ticket sales started 30 minutes before each act and you can only buy a ticket for the next act or next + consecutive following acts, but not an act later in the day by itself. I went on a...More

What I did to just to get to know the kabuki experience was to go to the gallery first. Once you exit the subway, it points to 2 exits, the theater or the gallery. For us visitors, I recommend going to the gallery first. It...More

We turned up about 4:20pm and bought the one Act walk in which was great value at ¥1,500 per head. Glad we went but the 1hour 30 was enough for us to get the interesting atmosphere and watch 3 distinct scenes.

Early venue and worth experiencing. We arrived in time to secure reduced Yen tickets in the 4th level. Seats were quite excellent and performance was amazing. Costumes on performers and musicians are to be enjoyed. Do not miss this.

I used the one act option to just get a taste of Kabukiza. It was well worth it. It is a fascinating experience. The audience will shout out encouragement to the actors during the performance to show their appreciation. The actors are over the top...More

Fantastic. You are transformed into a world decades, if not centuries away. To witness this ancient art-form curated by this magnificent cast, makes this a cultural must. 2 tips: Spend the extra 1000Y on the English read-out interpreter, you'll truly get into the performance. Dress...More

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's

boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
