The visit to Jokulsarlon Lagoon got on the podium of the activities I took part to during my holiday in Iceland. A very well prepared (despite really young) guide took us as close as possible to the glacier, telling us about its evolution throughout the...More

If you are driving by, don't worry about having to pay for a boat tour. Getting close to the icebergs on the water is unique and we enjoyed it -- but for those looking to save time or money, the free view from the shore...More

Definetely a must do!! Our guide was amazing, very funny and he knew everything about the glacier and icelandic facts. We got very close to the icebergs and saw plenty of seals! The wind in the middle of this ice lagoon is amazing!

We only pre-booked two activities before our trip to Iceland and I'm so pleased this was one of them. We booked the Zodiac Tour and it was an awesome experience. They have all the gear for you, and the boats are small, so it's not...More

We stopped by once to explore and the second time for a Zodiac Tour with Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon Boat Tours. We were able to get very close to a number of icebergs and the glacier wall. Make sure you check out Diamond Beach as well.

This was the most spectacular display of glaciers up close I've seen. I've cruised through Alaska and even the inner cruises don't get you this close. You can watch the seals play, and there are birds flying all around. In the distance, you'll be able...More

We were planning to stop here but had not planned the time of day that we would stop. We stopped a little before sunset and it was beautiful. I typically stay away from areas with crowds and backpack to enjoy nature away from people! There...More

This is an awesome place to visit. We took the amphibious boat ride around the glaciers. They are beautiful. Our guide brought a chunk of the glacier onboard for the group to touch, take photos and taste. Yes taste! All I can say is awesome.
