Christophe was our guide for the tour, that lasted almost two hours. Really passionate about his job, he took the time to explain everything as we strolled though the very complete exhibits, located in the historic buildings of the Collet house of Champagne. Really recommended

A fascinating introduction to the science of Champagne with a very informative below ground visit to the caves. Of course made all the better by the tasting at the end. Excellent guide.
