Amazing trees that reach into lava crevices covered in moss creates a surreal landscape. The silence is awesome!

What a beautiful and amazing hike here. So pretty and the views of Mount Fuji were stellar. I would love to spend more time here.

A forested area resting at the foot of Mt Fuji is also known as the "sea of trees". You see a mixture of various trees resting amongst the hardened lava flows from Mt. Fuji -- really a pretty hike.

This place is terrible! The most suicide spot! I don’t want to suicide! YOU SHOULD NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE.

We had an interesting trail walk, i really like such a peaceful place and my kids enjoyed exploring at the wind cave too. The tour guide had well taken care of us and took some nice photos for us!

Nice 30 minute experience. Easily accessible and great to walk when visiting The Ice and The Wind cave. Also free of charge. Very pleasant and great for the kids.

Do visit the forest, it is beautiful. Also yes it is possible to visit both caves in one trip, they are only about 2 Km apart from each other. As for volunteering, i would inquire through a Consulate or local government... More
