Picking up my daughter in Tokyo from her Tokyo trip and extending it we were happy to find a hotel just around the corner of Tokyo Midtown, a well known mixed use development. Most interesting for the traveller is the Galleria" part of it. A...More

Amazing place to spend the afternoon and take a stroll around. Lots of eateries, shops and other entertainment in one little area. Mainly locals, so not very touristy. Great spot to take a date too.

I’ve been here too many times due to its close proximity to my place in Tokyo..basically a mall + office building within walking distance from Roppongi hills and its surrounding area. Many restaurants, I recommend those with a terrace seating/view but only when the weather...More

Went there for a business meeting (offices in the upper floors), and then I looked around the restaurants for some lunch. There was nothing that particularly struck me, a lot of western cuisine and Japanese meat places, but I wanted sushi. I then found a...More

a big area, easy to come via subway, nothing special except the big buildings in this area. I just walk some minutes in area, take some photos and come back to subway.

Exclusive, expensive, quality and service rather questionable. Bought several items there, among others a leather handbag and a pair of Bisai earstudds. The handbag is about three years old. The leather faded, and shows ugly stains. Can’t use it any longer. At one of the...More

If you work around Roppongi, this is a very nice place, with a lot of stores and restaurants. But the real plus, is Cherry Blossom season, WOW, come at night and see the special lights used. Really worth it

Akasaka / Roppongi
Not so long ago the Akasaka and Roppongi areas were
famous for their nightlife, high-class restaurants,
bars and clubs. More recently, with the opening of
Roppongi Hills, Tokyo Midtown and Akasaka Sacas, the
area has declared itself as the most fashionable spot
to be seen. The area also hosts the National Art
Center and the Mori Art Museum and lots of trendy art
