The locals swim at this rocky beach. The water is crystal clear .The rock formations is a result of Mt Etnas eruptions.

Not to crowded, magnificent views of the Cyclops Coast and Acitrezza a worth trip when visiting Catania. Super recommended

Spent several hours just doing a casual seaside walk. There are many restaurants, and gift shops. It is very picturesque. Lovely way to spend a leisurely late afternoon.

What a pity... We got to know that this territory of sea is polluted articolo/64407/mare-tutti-i-divieti-di-balneazione-nel-2018-le-spiagge-dove-non-si-potra-fare-il-bagno/ The same with Catania beach... I hope somebody will figure out how to save this beautiful place from drowning in feces... it is very sad...
