Did not receive ticket after online payment.
I can't contact customer care , they do not reply. I'm due to travel next couple of days. I paid for round trip with aerobus plus the 120h Barcelona pass. €43. No reply and no ticket. I would have thought the invoice was the ticket when I received but it was missing an attachment, which after reading here can cause a lot of problems. Waiting for this to be resolved.

    great experience
Its really a great experience to have. i took aerobus from terminal 1. i booked the ticket from the vending machine which was an easy. the bus took me from airport to plaza catalunya in around 30 mins. the seat is good with a free wifi access. my only concern that there is a lot of passengers was standing as there is no free space to seat.

The actual bus is very good but the customer service is shocking.
The journey from the airport is straightforward, easy to locate & relatively hassle free. The hassle we had was on the return journey to the airport. Purchased a ticket from the aero bus station at Placa de Catalunya on Saturday 21st Oct. Told the seller our time of journey required the following day. We subsequently arrived on the Sunday for a sign to be displayed stating no transport between 08.30 - 10.30 due to roads being closed due to marathon. Also no taxis availability due to road closures. This resulted in a 40min walk across city with cases to other aerobus stop. The seller should have informed us & numerous others who were equally disgruntled of this issue so we could have addressed it. We only just made our flight.

An easy way to get to the City Centre
An easy way to get to the centre of Barcelona. A regular service which can get crowded. Bus stop near Terminal 2. Best and cheaper to buy a return ticket which you can get on line before you travel or before you board the bus itself upon arrival

    Avoid disgusting
Avoid! We paid for tickets, they sent us a receipt without the attachment holding the ticket apparently and took funds from the account. We showed the bus driver, explained this. Busdriver rather than seeing it as an error refused to let us on, did not provide alternative solutions. I asked him to contact his manager as there had clearly been an error, he refused. It was dark and nighttime at El Prat, how many others have been left stranded for this same error. Bus driver refused to provide his name for a complaint. It was 20.30PM on 14.10.2023, short, chubby, black hair and beard. A2 aerobus Barcelona. We had to involve the police as we were concerned we were being scammed having paid for a service then refusing that service. Police supported us to eventually get on a subsequent bus, it should have not got that far.

It's great, but be prepared for details.
It's great, but be prepared for details. As others noted , if you arrive at T2 it's a bit of a hike to the bus and it is not signposted inside the building. Outside you'll see huge signs, and eventually you'll realize that the one the Aerobus is at is WAY down there. The bus is fine. We got off at Espanya, but you'll probably have similar results at the other stops. Each place is a HUGE circle, and if you're connecting to the Metro, only ONE point on the circle has a lift. Without that, you're schlepping suitcases down stairs, along a LOT of corridors, up stairs, down stairs .... Returning to the airport we just took a cab to Espanya. You're saving so much by taking the bus that it's money well spent.

Terrible! No information, wrong stop, waste of time
Didn’t get to the correct destination listed on the front of the bus, instead did one stop with no signage or announcements as to where we were and then turned around back to the airport! Lots of disgruntled passengers wondering what happened!

    Good quick service
We were staying in the Paseo de Gracia on the Placa de Catalunya so the bus stops were just across from the hotel. regular bus service, only €13.50 for two tickets to the airport and only took 20 minutes

    efficient ride
Aerobus was an efficient way to get from BCN airport to downtown Barcelona and/or vice versa. One way ticket costs 6.75 Euros, and a roundtrip (to be used within 90 days) ticket costs 11.65 Euros.

Aerobus from airport was so easy and excellent value. We bought 2 Hola Barcelona adult tickets online, combining the Aerobus ticket with an additional 3 day travel pass to cover all buses, Metro and trains whilst visiting Barcelona (there are other number of days options). Adult cost was €29.95 each (GB £25.22) that covered the return Aerobus back to airport. You get an email confirmation and we showed the QR code to the bus driver. No waiting for a bus and it took about 25 minutes into Placa de Cataluyna, one of the main squares in the centre (not the only stop you can use). We used the same Placa de Cataluyna stop for the return as we had lunch in the top floor restaurant of El Cortes Ingles which is next to the Aerobus stop (restaurant has brilliant views, excellent quality and value). We activated the bus & Metro part of our ticket the day after we arrived using an Aerobus ticket machine in a Metro station - we didn't need to use it previously as we'd walked everywhere. Highly recommended - saved us money and hassle. The buses also had a USB charging point on the back of the seat in front of you - great idea.

Wonderful ride, but getting a ticket from the machine was only possible through either NFC contact on your phone's banking app or credit card. When using a credit card, we paid but the machine malfunctioned and did not spit out the tickets. One of the nearby Aerobus employees kindly opened up the machine to fix it and allowed us access on the bus. In the bus there's some much needed AC and USB charging hubs which are extremely handy after a long plane ride.

Unless you are renting a car and have your own transportation, there is simply no reason to travel between the airport and city of Barcelona any other way! We used Aerobus both ways and experienced plenty of busses which were ready when we were, roomy and comfortable seating and luggage storage area, comfortable temperature, and WiFi. Could not have been more convenient, simple, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Aerobus in Barcelona!

Great service. Fair price. My only observation is that buses run empty at off-peak hours and that forces drivers to drive slower and slow other bus lane traffic down. I would rather wait for bus to fill up a bit more at the airport stop than to suffer a long sluggish trip through the city as empty buses pile up at the final stop.

Easy to purchase the tickets from a kiosk right outside the airport. Buses leave every few minutes so if you don't get on the first one you see, another will be right behind. You don't have to wait long. Bus was clean and there was plenty of room for all our luggage. They have free WiFi onboard which was very helpful. We rode this 1 way on the first leg of our journey and on the second leg (when we returned back to Barcelona from a cruise) we bought a round trip ticket which only cost us 10,20 euro (in comparison to our 1 way ticket cost of 5,90 euro) So you do save a little buying a round trip ticket if you need one.

I took the Aerobus both to the city centre and returning back to BCN airport. I went as far as Placa de Espanya, the buses are every five mins so there was no long wait times. Leaving the airport you buy the ticket from the machine right next to the Aerobus stand. Coming back you buy the ticket off the driver. The buses were all clean and modern with luggage racks and USB charging ports. The Aerobus isn't the most reasonably priced option but it is the quickest and easiest route.

This bus was such a convenient way of leaving the airport to get to Plaza de Catalunya, which we then took a short cab ride to our hotel, which was Hotel Colon. They accept card payments (at an automated box) or Euros to the driver, only 5.90 Euros.
We took the A1 from T1 at airport to Plaza de Catalunya which was about a 30 minute ride. The seats were comfortable. There is wifi onboard. The bus is air conditioned.
We also used this bus (A1) to get from Plaza de Catalunya to the airport (T1) at 5am to get to the airport as well. The bus runs every 10 minutes. I'm sure there are other means to get to/from airport but this was the easiest, most intuitive way for us.

We arrived at Barcelona airport and found the aerobus and ticket machine outside the terminal and as we werent sure whether we would use this for our reteurn journey in case we found it difficult or whatever then we only purchased single tickets. As I recall for the beginning of November when we travelled it worked out at around £10.14 for the 2 of us for single tickets. We did actually use the bus for the return journey which we picked up in the main square at the top of Les Rambles and there are metro stations and a Tourist information site all in this square also and other buses. We got off at a stop near out hotel and walked to our hotel from the bus stop when we arrived in barcelona. It was the stop near the university. Like I say very easy and run regularly as well. Just make sure for your return one that you know which terminal you are flying from so you get on the correct bus.

30 years ago the train to Plaça de Catalunya was the best way to go, but these days, I always take the Aerobus. These are frequent and fast, the average journey time is about 30 minutes.

Don't believe some of the websites that say you have to book beforehand - it's not true. The driver takes €5.90 cash or cards and phone payments.

Thank you for your feedback! Exactly! You can use any of payment possibilities on site: cash or credit card to the bus driver, ticket vending machines or bus stop staff. The ticket price remains always the same regardless the method payment! You don't need seat reservation because you will find a bus every 5-10 minutes! We hope see you soon!
