great booking we arrived at airport and used this service to get to our hotel. Would recommend using this option to have a stress free, hassle free stress free experience. Who wants to wait for a cab after being on a plane for 12 hours.

Our driver was incredible, company was super communicative, car was great. Only downside is we waited 30 minutes for water taxi to. Venice upon arrival at port, but our vehicle driver was such a good guy that he waited the entire time to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely would recommend.

Our fiasco started days before the actual trip. We realized that the pickup (our hotel) was not directly on a canal. It wasn’t a big deal but we needed to understand where the pickup really was and plan. So we called the tour provider 5 times over one day with no answer. Finally the night before our pickup an employee answered. He was on speakerphone and generally had little interest in answering the question. He told me someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Six hours later we were texted with an explanation of where we would meet our pickup. We arrived on time and loaded our luggage onto the water taxi by literally the angriest italian I have ever met. We took a quick 30 minute boat ride where we met our drivers. It hey we’re friendly and efficient. The van I was in arrived at the port 20 minutes before the second van, because our driver thought he was in a. formula one race. He passed on the right side and into oncoming traffic. It was a life affirming experience.

This was a great option for us to catch our cruise in Trieste. We stayed in Venice and it was beautiful door to door service! Very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable ride.

Paolo was beyond amazing! We had a fantastic ride, and learned so much from him about this country. It was very hard to get to our hotel in Florence, and he handled it like a champ! The water taxi arrived exactly when and where requested, and the van was waiting for us when we arrived in the boat. Both drivers were polite and professional, and both the boat and the van were nice.

Luri was very professional and calm. Very very kind and respectful, on time, the water taxi was very punctual too, would definitely recommend.

Ask for the charge before taking the taxi. Local taxi charged €10 from train station to our hotel and the hotel nominated taxi charged us €20 so be careful

Our driver was on time, extremely friendly and accomodating. He had cold waters ready for us, checked to make sure the temperature of the car was to our liking, offered to stop for bathroom and stretch breaks and most importantly got myself and my family to our destination safely and efficiently. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend!
