This was an amazing day! Amina was an excellent and knowledgeable host. She exuded kindness and care. She also made sure to ask us frequently if we were ok either the pacing. Lastly she was very knowledgeable about the history of Zanzibar and explained everything thoroughly. Our driver for the day, Jiggaboy was also amazing and caring. This was one of the best excursions I have done anywhere in the world!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received. My experience was truly incredible, and I would particularly like to commend Juma and his team. Their professionalism was evident in their attentiveness, punctuality, responsibility, and trustworthiness. They consistently went above and beyond to assist me with various services on the island and provided valuable recommendations for destinations to explore.

We had an amazing day with our guide Abass on Horse riding, Anquarium Abass was very friendly and provided lots of good information. The driver Rashid was also super nice and watched our luggage during the trip.

This was a lovely experience, particularly because of our guide Abas and driver, Mickie. We were picked up from our hotel right on time in a clean, safe vehicle. We arrived to our first destination where we were fitted for snorkel hear and connected with our boat captain and snorkel guide. The playful dolphins were fun to see and the snorkeling provided so many engaging views as we were led by an attentive guide who pointed out key views. We had fresh fruit snacks and great conversation. From there, we went to the aquarium where we connected with sea turtles. Abas made sure we had food for our new turtle friends and this experience was amazing. We had a great lunch stop before heading to the sunset sail. The sail takes about 2 hours and there is live music with fruit included and drinks available for purchase. As a shorter person, views were a bit challenged by the other passengers, but the weather was gorgeous. Anticipate getting quite wet getting on and off the boat and consider a towel or even poncho to protect the car seats after the boat exit if you don't bring some dry clothes. Overall, a great value and a wonderful day, particularly due to Abas and Mickie being responsive, flexible guides. The sea turtles were truly awe-inspiring, so amazing!

Start with Abas and Mickey. Abas was the guide and Mickey the driver. Both are very kind and courteous. Abas is awesome, his English is very good! He is knowledgeable and stayed with us the entire trip. He was open to any and all questions about the tour and life on Zanzibar! Mickey is an amazing driver and kept us safe and on time for each location! He is very friendly and attentive to ensure we were comfortable. I will request them for further trips. For the tour. The company is accommodating and picked us up on time from Paje. Pros: guides, full day, see dolphins, fish, sea turtles. Cons: sunset cruise is more party boat than relaxing. Bring a few changes of clothes and towels. If you have mobility issues, these activities are not for you. The dolphin swim - awesome to see the dolphins and “chase” them down. There are a ton of other boats, getting in the water can be crazy. We opted just to watch them. Our boat captain was awesome and did a great job keeping us safe. They provided fresh fruits to snack on, snorkel gear for the trip. The snorkel on the reef is what you would expect. The tour guide had a helper in the water to find fish and ensure your safety. Great day on the water. Baranka aquarium- sea turtle feeding is exactly that. It’s easy to feed them and amazing to see up close. The location is busy, Abas and Mickey did a great job to ensure we had seaweed to feed and safe entry to the facility! Lunch- on your own, we had time before sunset cruise. They let us stop at a cafe. Great fill up before the cruise. Sunset cruise- mixed review-more party boat than relaxing. Getting on and off the boat requires you to get wet waist deep. the Dhow is fantastic. To be on the water is amazing. They offer fruits to eat and alcohol can be bought on board. Musicians are on the boat too. The only issue is 100 people on the boat packed in. Don’t plan to move once seated and view may be limited.

Great all day trip. Seen and learned a lot. Guides were fantastic. Very informative and great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing experience! Literally life changing, the service provided by the team was more than exceptional. Punctual and professional. You really get the experience you’re looking for and more. I did 2 full day experiences which was about 6 different activities and each one was perfect. I can’t flaw anything. Thank you thank you and thank you! The prices were MUCH LOWER than the other quotes I got for the same activities

We are thoroughly pleased with the service that we received from Amina and Ali. Amina is a such a personable guide with a deep understanding of Zanzibar culture and the places that we visited. The spice farm was such an amazing experience. Prison Island was a wealth of knowledge and intimate historical excursion. Stone town was a rich experience of the past and present. Ali is a very good driver who made us feel safe the whole time. We are working out how to give 7 stars on trip advisors. We are pleased and satisfied.

The guide was nice, but he didn’t come prepared and was not organized. He was late to pick us up in the hotel. We felt rushed during the tour especially the beginning of the tour. The places on the itinerary were not all visited. Also, the boat that took us to prison island didn’t wait for us in the island. So, we had to wait for another boat to come and pick us up us which took away some of our tour time. And, to make it worse, the captain of the boat didn’t check the fuel. The boat ran out of fuel in the middle of the ocean which was very dangerous with the big wave at that time. However, the guide did his best to accommodate our requests, for example looking for local food that I want to try. I appreciate him for that. The owner of this tour company outsourced this trip to a freelance guide. He didn’t guide this trip himself. Also, the bottled water that was supposed to be included on this trip was not provided.

It was a great day, the trip was very well organised and really interesting. Learned a lot about spices, history and architecture. The guide Naso was super motivated and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thank you again Naso!

I came to Zanzibar on Solo vacation not knowing what to expect. Due to unforeseen circumstances (Bad accommodation SCAM) I had to change my location and Omar understood. Omar is humble, understanding and willing to go extra mile to help. Wish I had met you 🤪 The driver arrived on time (sweet Ali) - he is humble, patient, respectful and NEAT. He kept the car clean. The tour guide Abas communicated well in English and explained the culture history on the way as we travelled. After swimming with Dolphins I felt sea sick 🤢 and started vomiting - the boys took care of me and I felt safe. The journey continued to Turtles and sunset cruise which were all amazing. I had fun and there was no stopping 😂😂 . We had even stopped at the markets for shopping . Abas assisted with language barrier. I had to checkout to my second location and Omar helped me with its transportation on cheaper rates. Same happened when I was going to the airport. Thank you Omar and Happy Tours.

Omar and abbas were great very friendly and accommodating we felt taken care of and we got a lot of local information with this tour we never felt rushed and we had the whole day it was a very special experience that I would highly recommend , we were very happy😇🥰👍👍

I highly recommend the experience I had with Happy tours and Safaris. I contacted The director because I saw the positive reviews he had and right away he replied me back and organized my whole staying in Zanzibar according to what I asked. During my staying the company was extremely ponctual in all tours provided and also I was happy to have Nassir as my driver! Important to say the car was very comfortable and with AC all the time. We did a private tour to Mnemba and group tour to Safari Blue and Nassir was also escorting us to make sure we would have the best experience and not just simply leaving us alone in the boats. Also we made spice tour, stonew town and prison island with Zanzibar tours and in the last two tours we had a professional guide super kind (called Mohammed) assisting us during it. Amazing! Thank you for everything Hajji! I will definitely recommend you to my friends!

We did the dolphin swimming and snorkelling at Mnemba Island. The tour itself was excellent! 10/10 recommend. Jumma was so easy to contact and responded promptly. Our guide on the boat was Captain Mzi, PLEASE ASK FOR HIM if you are doing Mnemba snorkelling and swimming with dolphins! While the other guides were having their guests jump of the boats at random times and missing the dolphins, Mzi made sure we didn’t jump unnecessarily. Everytime he said JUMP the dolphin was right there! I was travelling with a friend who had a hip surgery before so her swimming was not as strong. Mzi was so patient and kind even going as far as to get her a floater and personally holding on to her and helping her to swim and making sure she got to see everything both with the dolphins and while snorkelling. Before going on the boat, if you need snorkelling gear, flippers etc you need to mention it so they can take it on the boat for you. Fantastic experience.

Juma was recommended by a friend. All arrangements from airport transfers to hotel and tours were arranged via Whatsapp. Juma organised everything. His communication was prompt and clear, making it an effortless process. Juma welcomed us personally at the airport and introduced us to Rashid who was responsible for driving us around Zanzibar. Language was a problem but Rashid more than made up for it with his friendly, patient and accommodating nature. Ebrahim, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided insightful commentary, enriching our understanding. The team at the Spice Farm were very friendly and humble.
