Friendly, helpful and welcoming and showed us too the start of the kayak trip further down the river. A great 2-3 hours kayak trip along the slow moving part of the river, with a short portage about half way along. Lovely Bavarian scenery all the way from the slightly agricultural rolling hills to a much wilder forest section. A 4* as we could have done with slightly more help on the route so we knew where to stop on the way and where the end really was. Perhaps a route map to take would have been helpful. But this communication challenge was surely also due to our lack of German. Highly recommended as an activity.
