Very good tour of the main points worth seeing. Manolo was very attentive and helpful and covered a lot of the island. His lack of English was made up for by his enthusiastic attempts to explain his beautiful and extraordinary island.

As a disabled traveller, getting around can be difficult. This company was great in providing me with a bespoke day tour of La Palma which suited my needs - and was accessible. The driver, Manolo, was careful with my mobility scooter and helped me on and out of the car each time. He didn’t speak great English but we still had fun. Unfortunately his clutch cable suddenly broke when we were in the National Park. We had no phone reception and he couldn’t use any gears. However he calmly sorted it out and when we managed to coast to an area with phone reception, his boss said he was on his way to pick us up. We waited about 35 minutes which was excellent given how rural we were. His boss Antonio then completed the trip and got us back to the ship just half an hour later than planned. We had an excellent day despite the mishap (which could not have been predicted) and were very impressed with how they sorted out the issue. I would recommend this taxi company to anyone who wants a day tour of La Palma island, especially disabled travellers who travel with a wheelchair or mobility scooter; the care was great, and the price for the whole trip was cheaper than booking the cruise ship’s excursions .

Superb tour, worth every euro. We were flying from Tenerife and Jose Antonio was waiting for us at La Palma airport. After the tour he escorted us to the airport, right on time for our flight back to Tenerife. La Palma is very beautiful island. We saw the new volcano and lava fields. We had a time to walk in the Caldera de Taburiente, stunning area, very green. I think that there is no place like that on other Canary islands. We also do some small sightseeing in Puerto de Tazacorte and Santa Cruz.

My wife and I were looking to get the most out of our single day port-of-call on the island of La Palma. We chose to take our chances on a private taxi tour strangely named the "Downtown Route" We still don't know what that name implies, but it turned out to be an outstanding tour of this Canary Island. Our driver did not speak very good English, but that was fine. He was able to explain just enough so we understood where he was taking us and he took us to some fabulous places. We visited beautiful beaches in some isolated spots, we visited a lovely National Park high in the mountains, we stopped at great overlooks but , to us, the highlight of the tour was our visit to an almost brand-new (two years old) volcano.We were unhurried wherever the tour took us. In short, this turned out to be an outstanding way to get the most out of our relatively short time on this beautiful island. We highly recommend the "Downtown Route."

Highly recommend this company. I emailed and said roughly how long we wanted to be away from the hotel and what we wanted to see. Our driver Carlos was just lovely. He was a very safe driver, spoke good English and showed us some amazing places. He collected us from Faro Cumplida and drove us to the site of the latest volcanic eruption stopping at beautiful viewpoints and interesting places along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to spend a day with him.

PERFECT TOUR BY DRIVER PABLO. Today we had a just fantastic tour around the beautiful Island of La Palma.We were picked up 09:30 and were back about 16:30.Pablo took us to the most interesting places of the Island.He speak good english and told us a lot about nature,people and all things we was askungen about .He is so nice and friendly and of course a very good driver.It was wirth every cent.We could absolutly not have the same experience by a bus tour. We stayed in the beautiful island of La Palma for a week and Jose took us to the start point of our 5 hikes and collected us at the end. Our routes included Pico de la Nieve, Roque de las Muchachos, Los Canarious and Pico Bejenado. We couldn't have asked for a better driver than Jose, he was punctual, kind and patient. His love for the island shines through, and we felt in really safe hands. Jose was very flexible and even if he couldn't pick us up himself due to other bookings, he easily arranged with Manolo to take us at the time we wanted, who was also excellent. We have absolutely fallen in love with La Palma, and we will absolutely return to do more hiking, and when we do we will not hesitate to use taxi La Palma Isla Bonita again, and hopefully have Jose as our driver.

Manolo greeted us at the ships gangplank. Manolo was very knowledgeable of the island, obviously had a lot of local friends and strived to show us the important parts of the island including the devastation of volcanic lava flows. He arranged for us to have a film shown in English at the national park centre. A great experience for both of us. Thank Manolo.

We are an English speaking couple in our 60s. I speak Spanish at intermediate level. José Antonio was our charming driver who led our 6 hour trip. We felt safe at all times, he found us great places for coffee and lunch. We wanted to see the after-effects of the recent volcanic eruptions and despite the fact that access was limited he took us to the best viewpoints and told us about living on La Palma and the impact / consequences of the volcano. José Antonio lent us binoculars and collected some volcanic ash for us to have a souvenir, he explained things to me in Spanish. We also saw el Mirador de La Concepción, El Santuario de Las Nieves, Cumbre Vieja visitor centre, La Cumbrecita en el Parque Nacional, Many different views of the volcano and the point where the lava flowed into the sea. Highly recommended.

José is the best taxi driver you can imagine ❤️. We were in danger and he was the only one who wanted to save our lives! He drove more than 4 hours for us. We know no other taxi driver wanted to save us, but Jose did! Because of him we felt really save. He is also a very nice and kind person to talk to. Best cab driver ever, incredibly friendly and super courteous! He helped us a lot, even organised pick ups by colleagues when he was unavailable. Drove us everywhere in a safe way.

Our driver Manolo picked us up in time with a sign showing our names. He brought us back in time to the cruise ship terminal.
