Tours were of the homes and the yachts in the bay area. Birds seen and other small boaters but no wildlife in the water. Dont book this mob if you have a special celebration. Our dinner cruise was cancelled at 4pm (2.5 hrs prior) due to "mechanical issues".
That's a lot of food that would have already been prepared by 4pm that had to be disposed of!! I would have thought that in peak season mechanics would be on call checking the vessels.
The late notice meant we had to come up with last minute plans for the birthday celebrations for a group of 7 people which was not easy.
I found it bizarre that I was offered a reschedule but at the same time I wasn't guaranteed the boat would be fixed.
If they had good customer service they wouldve offered compensation to my family ie a discounted cruise in the future. Instead I was merely given an apology and told my refund of $603 would take up to 5 days...so not only did they cancel the cruise but will hold onto my money for a bit!!!
BE WEARY if you are planning on booking..have a back up plan in place and dont expect your refund straight away if cancelled !!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We apologise for the cancellation and sympathise with the inconvenience experienced by your party.
Sea World Cruises maintains a rigid maintenance schedule on all vessels and employs on-call marine mechanics. As such, cancellations are extremely rare. Unfortunately, mechanical issues can still occur, and on this on this occasion, circumstances beyond our control required the cruise to be cancelled.
Guests were notified immediately upon identification of the issue, and as per our cancellation policy, given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. We were unable to provide an exact estimate of when the vessel would be functioning again as diagnostics were still in progress at the time.
Kindly note that refunds are processed immediately, and we do not hold funds. We advise that refunds may take up to five days to transfer into your account due to delays from nominated payment methods and bank processing times.
Your suggestion for a discounted cruise policy as compensation will be reviewed by management.
Again, our regret for the inconvenience and we would like to personally invite you back for a free return cruise to show you the beautiful Gold Coast waterways.

The staff and the live music were great. We were seated to the side and a little behind where the entertainment was, it would have been nice to be able to watch the musician from ahead of him. The food was good but could definitely improve and to have some more options would be good, especially the dessert, we only had one option. The staff failed to call us up for our meal but they did give us an apology and a free drink. I loved being able to go up on top and relax between dinner and dessert.

Fabulous evening from start to finish. The evening included an amazing meal . My favourite was the fresh prawns, bean salad, calamari (seriously I could go on) Captain Michael, organiser Zoe, sizzling Allan the chef, Isabell and Jo Jo the entertainer(with a great voice and loved her song choices) all made the evening our highlight for our 5day get away. Oops forgot to mention the night lights for the Gold Coast...what a view. Highly recommend this.

A superb evening cruise from beginning to end. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We were treated to a fantastic array of perfectly prepared food, and as much as you could eat! There was live music provided by John on the top deck who was an excellent singer and musician, it was a perfect way to enjoy all the night lights after such a great meal. Would thoroughly recommend this Buffet Cruise to anyone wanting a memorable evening out.

What a fabulous night it was the food was fabulous the entertainment was terrific, I would like to mention Matty the chef who's food was delicious and very mouth watering and Zoe who was very professional in her job and was very polite and caring. Thank you we will be back tomorrow for the Lunch buffet as the first experiance was fabulous we are coming back for more. See you soon

We had booked a dinner cruise for my family with this tour company. We had a fire happened at our hotel right before our booking time. The hotel didn’t allow anyone to go back to our rooms so we couldn’t get ready or get any of our personal stuff. All we had in our hands were phones. We missed our dinner cruise. I had contacted the tour company for a refund. They had denied my request. We’re so disappointed on customer service on how they handled our situation where we had no control. We won’t be booking with your company again.

Thank you for your feedback. Our usual policy is 24 hours notice for full refunds. We do find generaly this is a reasonable timeframe for a refund or booking reschedule.

Smooth sailing from check in to departure and a lovely cruise along the broad water and canals. The food was great and the staggered arrangements for the buffet was good as it wasn’t a stampede. A beautiful singer on board with a lovely voice and just the right level of noise and not deafening. Would book again and Thankyou.

My partner and I did the Dinner Cruise last Tuesday & had a fantastic night. The food & service was great & the entertainment an added bonus. It was so nice seeing everything at night from a boat. We highly recommend Seaworld Cruises. Great value for money for a 2.5 hour cruise with lovely fresh seafood & lot's more to choose from you won't leave hungry.

Easy to get to on the 705 bus from surfers with just a short walk across the car park
Drinks at the bar after checking in can be taken on board
Allocated seating from which sections are invited to approach the buffet, there is a lot of food so no need to worry and it is all fantastic
Live music is good down stairs with the speakers up top not doing it justice

Friends and I enjoyed a fabulous evening on the Seaworld Dinner Cruise. All of the crew were brilliant, the food and service were top class, and the boat and the route it took the Broadwater and canals was perfect.
Would highly recommend this Cruise to anyone looking for something different to do, or as an occasion to celebrate something.

There were several items on the buffet that appeared to be suitable for a vegan diet, but since this is a buffet, there are no made-to-order options available. The food is likely cooked elsewhere, then brought aboard the boat for the cruise.

Sorry for the delay. Yes there are drink packages available. They say if you have 3 or more drinks it becomes justifiable. I cant remember the amount but we chose to order a bottle of wine instead and then have cocktails if we felt like more :)
