incredible views of the Gold Coast.. Staff were fabulous and i will return for more adventures. An experience well worth the money.

It was the one of the best thing I choose to do. It was fun , we enjoyed it. Plus Jack and his team mate who was on board with us, made it even more fun. Everything was straight forward but they looked like happy soul. Cheers Jack. 10 out of 10 for jack.

I was totally new to the gold coast city and I booked everything online what ever available prior to my availability but unfortunately I booked in this GC jet boat parasail which was my life time worst experience. There was a lady in customer service I haven’t seen such a rude worst staff in any shop or company. She is totally in her own zone. The photograp we got was so bad so bad I can send you guys sample how I got from other jetski shop it was so HD quality and how you guys charged me $40 for so sheet photos and 20 second worst video. I wouldn’t recommend your service to any one to my friends family no one . Thank you so much See the sample of the photo below plz

Me my mum and sister all went parasailing together while my two brothers and dad went somewhere else and we had a great time we had to wait for about 10 - 15 minutes before we got a turn but there was about 10 other people with us mostly solo travellers but I would recommend no matter if your travelling alone or with friends or family

The tour is sensational, but the clumsiness with which the receptionist attended to us was ridiculous. But the worst part was that we bought the package to fly as a group of 3 and when we were on the boat, ready to take off, they informed us that the flight could only be in pairs, that they didn't have the equipment for 3 people together.

They sell 1h parasailing tour, but this is the time you spend in the boat, watching someone else doing parasailing. The time you have on air is actually 7 minutes. It isn't even in open sea, but inside the bay. You Don't see any skyline or beach. When I asked why this is not written at the moment of the purchase, they just blamed the provider who sold it, they've been super arrogant, rude, aggressive. This is a scam, and for them is very convenient that the provider keeps scamming their customers. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT, NOT SUGGESTED.

Omg what an experience ! The view was amazing and it was like you were gliding through the sky admiring the views of the Gold Coast ! Parasailing is definetely something I’d recommend anyone to do while on the Gold Coast

This was a present for my 15 year daughter…..it was a little disappointing we only went about 500m from the jetty. We were in the air only for 7mins in total and the boat was stationary most of that time…..definitely not what we were hoping for.
