          Somewhat didappointing
Pick up late, lot of hanging around before got to first real stop. Toilet on bus not available caused problems. Each visit then curtailed to a few minutes not giving opportunity to explore locations. Guide informative but lacked empathy with guests needs.

Great to avoid the Timanfaya queues
Very good trip although there were quite a few collection stops en-route. The lunch stop was ok but I took the option of just coffee and a nibble. Trip was worth it just to avoid the queues of cars who have to give way to pre-booked private cars on the Timanfaya tour. guide Paul was excellent.

          Great day with excellent guide
Very well organized tour. The guide was nice and he gave us a lot of informations in a few hours. A lot of attractions are in this program. I recommend it. But check the E-mails because time of pick up will receive 24 hours before trip. It is not that time written when you buy trip, that is agency time for start.

          Fantastic Volcano tour
Wonderful tour, the main attraction was Timanfaya National Park, the demonstrations of the heat of the volcano were fun and the sight of the craters and lava fields were amazing. Thank you to our driver Luciano who navigated the winding roads safely and to Paul our guide who was very informative.

Nice day tour to Timanfaya, El Golfo and Yaiza.
Day tour was well organized. Pickup location was communicated one day before. The bus tour in Timanfaya was great. We skipped the long queue of cars from individual visitors. During the ride there were some stops with amazing views. Camer ride was optional, which I skipped. El Golfo was nice, but some other viewpoints nearby were more beautiful. Lunch was in Yaiza. I did not join the buffet but went to a grill restaurant on 5 mins walk (7 hojas). The winery visit did not add that much value. We got a shot glass of wine, that's it. If youvlike wine, better go directly across the street to Stratvs. Nevertheless the whole tour was comfortable with an excellent driver.

Suppose to have been a day out
It's 9:34 and I was to have been picked up out side my hotel Plaza Azul at 9:00 this morning. I arrived at 8:45 now it's 9:36 no bus. So I take it I have been forgotten about. The only way to contact any one is ring England. Not very good. Mairead very annoyed

          Great!
Very good tour, knowledgeable guide and driver Lucia. Worth the money. Lunch a bit poor at €15 would probably peg it at €10. In overall a very enjoyable day

          Overall a great day out!
A unique and wonderful experience, carefully designed to show you parts of Lanzarote that you might not be able to otherwise. A once in a lifetime excursion to the national park, coupled with the knowledge of the tour guide and excellent driving skills of Luciano made for an excellent day out. Followed by a trip to the green lagoon, and a winery. A Would recommend to anyone. The only downfall, the rudeness and blatant ignorance of the other members of the group, and the constant screaming of young children which often drowned out the tour guide. Unfortunately, these things cannot be stopped/controlled, so ended up being a forced tolerance of them. It would be preferred and considered that this trip is not ideal for young children. Other than this, an excellent and highly recommended experience.

          Nice day trip
The tour included a full bus of people, so it took some time to gather everyone. First stop was the camels (optional to ride, payed separately), which could have been skipped, in my opinion. The highlight was, of course, the Timanfaya tour with the bus, which was great. We could have spent a little more time in there, no time to visit the gift shop, for instance. The tour also included the Green Lagoon and La Geria, which were interesting. Luch stop was at Yaiza. The lunch buffet was optional, but there wasn't much options for food. The buffet was quite basic.

          A decent day out
A bit of a let down at first as a long delay in switching buses at Yaiza. When we eventually got the tour underway it was pleasant and informative with some interesting stops. The highlight was the drive through the park. The stop for camel rides seemed popular and there was a stop by the coast at a green lagoon ( the overcast weather meant we couldn’t see it in its beauty). The guide was the hugely amusing Antonio who was highly knowledgeable and informative and was a pleasure to listen to. A nice day out overall

Excellent tour of the South Island.
Excellent tour. Well organised. Amazing volcanic scenery. Visits to the camels, emerald lake and winery were interesting. The morning pickups took some time which was the only downside. Recommended.

Good view of the island with pushy sales pitch
Views were amazing and Paul the tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t spend much time at the park centre though was mainly the camel ride area and the vineyard the end. Was overall a nice half day trip and for the price I would recommend.

          Good in parts
First the good bits: the guide Antonia was informative and the tour around Timanfaya National Park and the displays at the centre (hot stones, burning brushwood etc. ) were interesting. Definitely better to do this on an organised tour as the queues for people in cars were extremely long. Before that we did the camel ride which I wasn’t initially bothered about but decided to do it as was only 11 euros extra. This was surprisingly fun. The less good bits were having to change buses and wait around at the start while other groups joined us. Also the wine tour was not a tour at all, you are led into a dark room where you get to try a tiny sample of 1 of 2 wines. The one I had was ghastly (personal preference of course) but this cannot be sold as a tour. The lunch was average, an extra 14 euros and debatable if it was worth it but you’re a bit captive. Bring your own sandwich instead as there is a place to sit and picnic instead. Not a bad day out but I wouldn’t do it again.

Guided day tour Coast2Coast & La Graciosa
A full on day, picked up from resort then up to Lagomar - Omar Sharif briefly lived there, a stunning artist designed house inspired by César Manrique. Then onto the Cactus Gardens for a visit - who knew there were so many Cacti. Then onto Orzola for the ferry to La Graciosa where we had a wander, a paella lunch with wine and then time for the beach and to explore further. We loved it and would like to return to La Graciosa. A multinational tour and our guide for the day, Rachel, was excellent although translation three ways slowed things down. Finally returned to resort. Great value.

Was an enjoyable trip. Seen loads of Dolphins. There was a great atmosphere leaving the harbor and coming back into the Harbor. Would be great if they could keep the momentum going throughout the trip.

        Don’t waste your money….

The fancy brochure in the hotel ‘sunset and dolphins’ sounds and looks great, don’t be fooled…

150 euros and a very long 1.5 hour bus journey later; we found ourselves dumped 500 metres from the ticket office with 30 other bewildered travellers.
We were told to go to the ticket office ti settle the final remainder of the tickets, why they don’t just take full payment upon booking I don’t know

After 40 minutes queuing up in the blazing sunshine you are met by an extremely rude and unwelcoming red haired lady who didn’t either bother to look up from her desk or take her sunglasses off to demand ‘Ticket!’ I showed her the ticket (myself, my partner and my two year old)

‘Where is the baby’ she said…

My daughter and her mum had already walked further down to where others were waiting, as I explained

‘I need to see the baby, is she under 12? If she isn’t, you need to pay full price’

I explained that my daughter was 2 and she was in a pushchair ‘you can’t take the pushchair, and I need to see the baby’

After a bit of a disagreement shall we say, I went and got my little girl, and the pushchair, to prove, yes she was indeed under 12. With a rather disgruntled look I was thrust the tickets ‘you go to gate one’
        And that was it

It wasn’t gate one, it was more like gate 21, another 15 minute walk around the commercial fishing habour, down a rickety gangplank onto a floating pontoon towards the boat

The boat itself was fine, as was the captain, the deckhand, and the tour leader.
No safety measures, no life jackets, pumping house music, off we went

Needless to say there were no dolphins, just a few people being sea sick. The ‘champagne and pastries’ were a cheap hotel of hiperdino plonk in a polistyrene cup and a lump of stale cake

We cruised around for a 1.5 hours, not the 2.5 hours advertised, with absolute zero talk if any dolphins. Then up the rickety pontoon to await the bus which arrived 40 minutes later

A total rip off and tourist trap, avoid

The transfer from and back to the hotel was seamless and on time. When boarding the boat we were told to go the first gate, which was incorrect and we were queuing for the wrong one. We then made it to the right boat and were unable to sit together which was a shame. The boat was very choppy and fast, lots of people being sick. The member of staff was very entertaining but there wasn't any commentary unfortunately. The drink you get is a paper cup and you get half a cup to drink. The cake was small but good. I was ready (and many others) to get off after about an hour.

Really disappointed with this trip, expectations were going out to sea searching for dolphins and watching the sunset over the sea and then return to the harbour —- what we got was went out to sea for 40 mins then returned to just outside the harbour for cava and a cake and sat there for 30 mins and then went back into harbour ( I know you can’t guarantee dolphins nor can you guarantee a clear sky ) but what I did expect was to be out at sea when the sun went down. We were back off the boat before this happened.
Two boats went out and we could see the other boat further out to sea while we were just having our cake and I asked the captain if we were going back out and he replied no and I said well what’s that boat doing and he said looking for something and I said shouldn’t we be doing the same and he didn’t reply. Also I could understand if the sea was rough or choppy but as you can see by pics shown it was calm . The staff were friendly enough but it’s not what I paid for.

Never ever imagined seeing so many live dolphins in an ocean dancing and enjoying fully . The boat / trawler journey on sea ocean and back was marvellous. Wish we were allowed to do some fishing which would have been a unique opportunity and become a memorable experience

Worth every penny. The crew were amazing, the boat is like a big speed boat and I usually get very sea sick on bigger boats so I was dubious, but it was absolutely fine albeit choppy in parts but we were more concerned with trying to find the dolphins! The champagne and cake after was just the cherry on top. I would do this 100 x over, definitely the best part of our trip.

        Absolutely awful.
The Company should not take people out on such weather conditions.
It was freezing to say the least, the boat does not have any shelter and passengers were getting sick from the strong wind.
Some long 2.5 hrs- could not wait to get off.
The crew was very loud in making continuous announcements in three different languages and there was never a moment of silence.
The pastry they offer is so tiny they may as well have skipped it all together.
Cold wine in that frozen temperatures was also out of place.
Over all the worst time in total honesty.

Had to have been the worst boat trip ever! Did not see 1 dolphin/whale! 3 people on board took sea sick as the people on charge sailing the boat were erratic, I did not book a party boat, myself and 3 kids were terrified! I have done this excursion before reason for booking again but been put off for life now!

We did not get to enjoy the experience because the previous day I was informed that our place on the boat was not available and invited to go 9 days later (not taking into account that, like almost everyone else, we were on vacation for a limited period of time...). Deal and nefarious management!!

The weather was so hot that even the air conditioned coach to the port was brilliant. The trip on the boat was brilliant. The island looks stunning from the water. The hosts were really friendly and good fun. A great day out!
