Easy to find at airport. Offered water for ride. Friendly driver. Van fit our party of 7 plus luggage. Reasonable price.

Customer Service was a 10, drivers were on time, and very helpful, I would highly recommend them , and will use them again on our next trip.

Just like the paperwork provided stated, the gentleman was wearing the maroon shirt holding up a sign with my full name right outside the doors at the airport. he parked close and took our luggage and loaded quickly. It was nice to have a private shuttle without other people. He offered us cold bottles of water for he ride. He was quick and got us there safely. Coming back, he arrived at the hotel as stated on their paperwork and loaded up the luggage and dropped up right at the terminal for check in. Great experience.

BEST transportation service I have contracted. Nice, new, clean vans. Had to leave the hotel abruptly at 10:00 pm and Carlos, our driver, graciously agreed to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the airport on Easter Sunday. Truly grateful.

Professional, the driver was waiting when we arrived. Professional and friendly. Vehicle was clean and air conditioned. The ride was relaxing and the driver even gave us suggestions for our time Guanacaste. The driver who picked us up for our departure was impeccable be arrived early and took is to several local markets for liquor and souvenirs. Oh did I mention they have very competitive prices. We also booked this company for our trip to La Fortuna/Tabacon Spa Resort. Wonderful experience all around.

We used this company for transportation to a hotel in Riu. Our driver was Jose Fernandes and he was awesome. He drove very safely and gave a nice history of Costa Rica which we enjoyed. He also spoke about the areas which we were passing by. Definitely recommend anyone traveling in Costa Rica to use them.

We were very satisfied with using Guanacaste Viajes and Tours. They were prompt and very efficient in driving us from the airport to Secrets. We were driven in a very roomy, comfortable van. I would certainly use them again.

Great airport transfer company. They were on time to pick us up at the airport and at our resort when we were flying home. The drivers were very friendly. We will use them again!

Professional, safe, and on time. Our driver took the time to show us wildlife on the trip to the hotel. He even pulled over on the way so we could get out and see a howler monkey in the trees. The kids loved it, and I think it created additional excitement for everyone. We were also able to make a stop at a local grocery store to get items needed for the week. The same driver picked us up again for the travel back to the airport at the end of our trip. Quick note - upon arrival into the Liberia airport, look for your driver to be standing outside the airport with maroon shirt, and your name on a sign. We thought he would be inside, so it created minor confusion, but was cleared quickly. Drop off at airport for departure was seamless too. Great trip.

The resort makes sure there’s entertainment for the guest day and night. The food was good. The hospitality was amazing. Especially Joaquin from front desk and Marlene from housekeeping.
