I journeyed to The Scarlet Villas for a Yoga Retreat. Keylor Andre’s Picado met us the airport. His sign for our group was artistic and clear. He was on time and extremely courteous. He took great patience and care loading our luggage. We were a group of 15 so there was a lot of luggage and he was careful from the first to the last! Our drive out was over four hours. It was raining. I sat right behind the driver. He was so careful. Not rushing, just making sure we were safe. He communicated well about our stop to use the facilities and grab a bite to eat. Where we stopped was clean and had shopping as well as food and bathrooms. I had complete confidence in his driving and knowledge. I was extremely happy to find out he would also be out transportation back to the airport. I highly recommend this driver and Company.

Noelia picked us up from the airport in San Jose and drove us to Monteverde and back again after a few days. She was really friendly and helpful and so patient with all the traffic and our requests for stops! The van was really comfortable for 5+ people with lots of room for suitcases. Noelia made our trip easy and comfortable. Would recommend!

Overcharged when paying transportation in colones instead of USD. We confronted the driver and he couldn't care less. Bus was very on time though.

Thank you for a great transportation service today by Rocio. We travelled from Santa Elena in Monteverde area to Uvita, a trip of almost 5 hours. She was there on time, was polite, spoke slowly to us in Spanish, respected our needs for breaks and helped our daughter with her nausea in the beginning of the trip through the curvy road. She also drove very calmly and were willing to make a stop at the Crocodile river. Our best recommendations for her and P&P transportation who we also used with pleasure on other trips in Santa Elena.

P&P are our regular van service to and from the airports in San Jose and Liberia - we've been using them since we moved to Monteverde in June of 2021. My wife and I have each used them individually, and we've used them when travelling with our whole family of five. They've also picked up and dropped off friends and extended family at the airports. They are the epitome of professionalism in every way possible - I would never use anyone else.

Noelia of P&P Transportation was the perfect driver. She showed up on time in an impeccably clean vehicle. She was friendly and professional. She drove safely. She and I shared a laugh when we had to wait for some cows and horses to cross the road. It was a very comfortable, pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

We had a problem with our scheduled shuttle from Santa Elena to Nosara and needed a quick replacement, Noelia was picking us up within the hour! The van was clean and the ride was very comfortable, we felt very safe with her. Would highly recommend her, just skip the other companies and go straight here.

Disgrace!! Buses don't show up randomly and staff tell you wrong information then laugh in your face at their mistake! Do yourself a favour, get the local bus, save your money and keep it out of the hands of this greedy company with the worst customer service I have seen in central America!

We confirmed the pickup time and location with them the night before, and they didn’t show up. I tried calling and messaging them, but no answer. As a result we were late to our cloud forest tour. I thought it would be fine given the positive reviews and was disappointed they didn’t even give us a message.

Noelia drove me and my grandkids from Monteverde to our next stop near Playa Manta. She was wonderful.

This very favorable review covers events from July 26 - 27, 2022. My wife and I needed a ride from Monteverde to Liberia, without any tour. Our hotel highly recommended P y P Transport, and I now understand why! A day before our departure, I spoke via WhatsApp with co-owner Noelia Picado, who was very courteous, prompt with her replies, and quoted us a reasonable rate for the trip. We confirmed timing details for the next day. The next morning, however, and due to a scheduling switch on our behalf, we requested an earlier pick-up time. This proved not to be a problem! Noelia and her co-owner husband Keylor (also the driver) were very understanding and agreed to pick us up earlier. In terms of the trip to Liberia itself, Keylor was incredibly kind and thoughtful: he warned us that the first hour of the trip would include very winding and bumpy roads as we headed down the mountain (with many potholes); later, he shared with us some points of interest as we drove closer to our goal - on less bumpy ground - in Guanacaste. Keylor is also a very professional and careful driver. We arrived safely, refreshed, and exactly at the time we were quoted for our destination at Hotel Javy. I have only two regrets from this trip: a) that we did not book a private tour earlier with this company; and b) that - being ignorant of tipping practices in Costa Rica as it was my first visit - I did not give enough of one to Keylor last Wednesday. I intend to fix this mistake when we return to Monteverde again next year! (and I ask forgiveness of Keylor for the mistake). Blessings to Noelia, Keylor, and their son! P&P is amazing! Noelia and her team are experienced professionals and helped me and my group travel with ease. We used P&P to get to and from Monteverde, and enjoyed getting to know Noelia. The buses are new, in great condition, and always on time. I would highly recommend P&P for traveling to San Jose, Guanacaste, or any other travel destination in Costa Rica. They also offer a great service to the reserves. It's a good option for leaving your car at the hotel and enjoying Monteverde without the stress of driving.
