Bruce was very helpful and informative from the minute he picked us up. He made sure we knew where we were going and what to see and look out for on the way. Would recommend to anyone looking to hire e bikes.

I wanted to do some cycling as I do cycle in the UK. I picked this trip as it said family-friendly and wasn't too tricky. But I found it tough on my own in the end. I did start with a lovely family of 4 who were also doing the trail but I quickly left them as one of the daughter's was not happy and I just wanted to get on. I got lost twice as we were not given a map just had points pointed out to us as we were driven from Wanaka to the start point in a mini bus. I tried to make a mental note but was not good enough and got lost going into Albert Town and then again right at the end! All my fault I know hence the tough on my own comment! I made it in the end though and was pleased to have done it. The terrain was bumpy but I expected that and was okay on the electric bike I hired. I did walk some of the Clutha River trail as lots of tree roots and ups and downs on a small, dusty mud trail and I lost my nerve. Was beautiful scenery though for the whole route.

The customer service I’ve received from Stu was exceptional. Lots of tips on where to dine in, how to find our way and he even wait at a few checkpoints to ensure we are all ok! The only thing to keep in mind is that certain part of the path requires a little bit more technical skills

While the bike was not the newest, it worked well, reliable, easy to ride and battery lasted all day. Bike was available on time. Would have liked better suspension on the rocky tracks but managed OK.

Great service by friendly owners. Gave good advice on cycle routes. Hired the bikes for a day. Beautiful cycle tour around the coast to Albert Town.

With a few tweaks this could have been great. The wrong bikes were brought to the pick up point, The guy was apologetic, and went off to get the e-bikes that had been requested, which hey you know everyone makes mistakes, but unfortunately the e-bike that was brought back for my partner was very old and rattled. Which is not ideal when first we had to wait for a replacement and then one of the replacements was not good by any stretch. Could also do with a few more different helmets as it was hard to find one that fitted well Overall, the service was friendly, we had a lovely ride to Hawea and back and didnt run out of battery.

We only booked our ebike hire the night before; this company ensured the ebikes and helmets were ready for us to pickup from 9am and allowed dropoff in same place outside isite area at 3.30pm. It was a surprise for us to find no locks supplied for the ebikes; they were just left unlocked on the street and we returned them unlocked. The e-bikes themselves were very good; the only issue was my handgrips were very worn which meant my palms were very sore at the end of the right; still sore 3 days later. Mostly we rode on trails so comfortable handgrips would have been good. But overall, very easy, good e-bikes for what we chose to do for the day and great service. Thank you!

Lots of fun combined with stunning scenery - excellent service - really appreciated the briefing that Wayne gave us on route to lake hawea. Bikes were great and we all thought this was one if the best things we did in the area. Highly recommended

We found the tour was what we expected, was a beautiful ride from Lake Hawea back to Wanaka. We had an issue with the bike (Flat tyre) about 2km in. They bought a replacement bike to us. Would recommend the tour, could have been a bit better with instructions on the path to take to start with.

One of the best bike tours I've been on, self guided easy 30km ride wonderful scenery and surrounding countryside, truly great. Wanaka bike tours were so easy to deal with. Thank you for a great day, created great memories

Matt was very flexible and informative and the bikes were in excellent condition. This, combined with some cracking weather and a spectacular scenic route made our day brilliant.

Big thanks for a stunning experience. Probably harder and longer than we anticipated, need to have reasonably good biking capability. Definitely pack some snacks!
