Terrible experience - nobody showed to pick us up. After waiting for 2.5h from 5AM to 7:30AM the operator told me they have made a mistake and their driver went to another hotel. Communication was also terrible, I requested a full refund (1381$) because of no show but the operator tried to scam me for 345$ and approved only partial refund (1036$). I had to complain to the TripAdvisor support to be able to get all my money back. For first time on TripAdvisor an operator doesn’t show up and ruins my plans.

The Safari was incredible, we had the chance to see lots of animals thanks to Wilson's wonderful advice, a big thank you for all his explanations, thanks also to Moussa, our great driver, who ensured very good driving throughout. the reserve. A very nice experience that we highly recommend.

A very positive experience. We are from London and were initially hesitant to book directly with a local company but how wrong we were. Godfrey arranged everything very well and the whole trip ran very smoothly. Prompt pick up from our hotel initially was reassuring and thereafyer all transportion and pickups were on time and comfortable. Our guide Leopad was wonderful. Charming, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Accommodation at Saadani was simple but fit for purpose. Safari - particularly the boat safari - was incredible. Saw loads of animals. Thank Godfrey. Amazing tour with an amazing guide. First day saw elephants, hippos, lions (also babys), zebras, giraffe and many other.

After contacting multiple companies to arrange a two-day safari from Zanzibar, we decided to go with Experience Zanzibar Tours and Safaris due to positive online reviews. With them, we went on a safari to Selous. It was the finest deal with top-notch service. The safari schedule was slightly altered, but we didn't miss anything. Together with them, we also went to Nakupenda and Prison Island. Godfrey, Abrahams, and the drivers they hired did a great job serving us. They have my recommendation.

The Ngorongoro crater is really unique, you drive 600 meters deep into the crater and experience paradise on earth with lots of animals.

Tanzanian are one of the friendliest ,kindest people on earth.. I don't like to generalize But i've had nothing just bad experience with This Transfer and tour Company. We've cancelled half of the trip because they asked for more money . We have paid in advance (in full) .Unfortunately They didn't accept to refund anything so far.

To improve, organizers should focus on designing well-balanced and clearly worded questions, ensuring competent and engaging hosting, addressing technical issues, balancing teams, providing diverse topics, enforcing rules against cheating, managing time effectively, creating an interactive format, and considering inclusivity. Addressing these areas can lead to a more enjoyable and fair trivia experience for all participants.
